- Submitting this form does not constitute approval. All renovation requests will be reviewed before progressing through the appropriate approval process. - Approval must be granted before works commence. - Additional fees may apply for assistance with renovation requests. These may include consultation, site inspections, meetings, phone calls, and preparation of documents. Senior Strata Manager rate: $69 + GST per 15 minutes. Any associated costs will be invoiced to the lot. If approved: - The contractor must protect and clean common property. - The unit must not cause unreasonable noise. The owner is responsible for maintenance of the unit and any damage caused by the contractor to common property.
